As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the bakery-cafe's success. Responsibilities
- Meet & greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.
- Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust.
- Support your manager and team as needed.
- Learn different positions including cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, retail bake support, dishwashing, and maintaining dining room cleanliness.
- As a cashier, welcome customers, take their orders, and ensure a great experience.
- As a salad & sandwich maker, assemble menu items quickly, correctly, and consistently.
- Commit to health & food safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 8-40 hours a week.
