About the position

Lapels Dry Cleaning is seeking energetic and outgoing Customer Service Representatives/Team Members to join their team. The role involves assisting customers with their dry cleaning needs in a friendly and professional manner. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a thriving, recession-proof industry, with no late nights required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Provide front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• Perform general housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No previous experience in Dry Cleaning required
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail
• High School Graduate

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working as a team member, crew member, in fast food, or food service
• Experience at McDonald's, Walmart, Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, Taco Bell, Panera, Chick-fil-A, Cinemark, White Castle
