Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and proper food handling practices at all times.
• Operate the POS system for order processing and transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to promote menu items and enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and provide helpful information about menu items.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
