Responsibilities

• Create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Work as a cashier, in the drive-thru, or in the kitchen as needed.
• Be trained on all crew positions including cashier and sandwich board.
• Communicate respectfully in team environments.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
• Problem solve effectively during service.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Listen to and communicate with customers.
• Project a positive attitude under pressure.
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure work safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions.
