About the position

Nékter Juice Bar is seeking enthusiastic Cashiers to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy teamwork, and are passionate about healthy lifestyles. Cashiers will be responsible for various tasks including juicing, making smoothies, and ensuring product freshness while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work register, prep, clean, and juice as directed by the manager on duty following Nékter guidelines.
• Know and effectively execute Nékter Juice Bar promotions.
• Handle Nékter Juice Bar coupons and gift cards according to standards.
• Clean equipment and work areas to Nékter Juice Bar standards.
• Stock supplies on an ongoing basis.
• Clean and maintain customer access areas including front area, restrooms, and parking lot to Nékter Juice Bar standards.
• Consistently serve all Nékter Juice Bar products to specifications.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Ensure cleanses and information pertaining to Nékter products are handed out in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and read and follow instructions.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 8 pm.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, reach, use hands, fingers and handle tools.
• The position requires standing for 8 hours per day lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in high and low-level lighting conditions.
