The Team Member position at Tractor Supply Company is a vital role that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting various selling initiatives. Team Members are also tasked with executing price changes and markdowns, assisting customers with loading their purchases, and ensuring the safety and well-being of birds in the store. This includes sanitizing and maintaining poultry holding tanks and caring for the birds as required. Team Members must complete all documentation associated with their job duties and may be assigned additional tasks as needed.
