Responsibilities

• Provide quality product and guest service experience to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Follow guest service guidelines and procedures to deliver 'SUPERSTAR Service.'
• Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively, including cleaning and stocking duties.
• Prepare, package, and deliver food products according to menu standards.
• Handle food products according to company procedures, ensuring food safety and sanitation requirements are met.
• Strive to improve personal skills and performance through the CKE Crew Person Training Program.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding training needs and performance expectations.
• Meet job expectations to positively impact restaurant sales and profits.
• Support the goals and directives of the Restaurant Management Team.
• Follow company guidelines for food and cash controls, minimizing restaurant costs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact comfortably with guests.
• Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
