About the position

Join Jack's team as a Team Member where you will provide excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves greeting customers, working on the cash register, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining the restaurant's appearance to ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru window.
• Work on the cash register.
• Prepare and store food and beverages.
• Maintain the appearance of the dining room and exterior of the restaurant.
• Ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders.
• Provide hassle-free, friendly, and comfortable service to guests.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant service or customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.
• Good team player with respect for others.
• Ability to learn quickly and ask questions.
