About the position

As a Team/Personal Assistant to the Head of Investments at DWS Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Alternatives and the Head of Strategy and Business Development. Your primary responsibilities will include managing their daily schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for managing expenses and performing various key administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the team. This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition to scheduling and coordinating meetings, you will be tasked with booking conference rooms, arranging catering, and providing audio/visual support as needed. You will assist in the preparation of documents for meetings, which includes circulating agendas and preparing meeting notes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to function efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as an administrative or team assistant, preferably supporting senior management. While experience in a large financial services company is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with others. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is highly valued. Responsibilities

Requirements
