Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, staff members, and administrative personnel to achieve program goals.
• Provide mentorship and support to assistant coaches, nurturing their professional growth and development.
• Monitor athlete progress and ensure coaching practices align with individual and team goals.
• Foster positive relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders to enhance program support and visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a gymnastics coach, with a track record of coaching excellence and program leadership.
• Ability to lead a team of coaches effectively, promoting a cohesive and positive working environment.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions that benefit the gymnastics program as a whole, prioritizing athlete development and safety.
• Known for integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct in all aspects of coaching and program management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about gymnastics and committed to the sport's values of discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
