Join the Grenzebach team as a Teamlead Installation, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing installation projects. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating installation projects, ensuring that all resources are available and tasks are assigned appropriately. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring project progress in collaboration with installation supervisors or site managers to identify potential issues and implement solutions for timely completion. Your role will also involve supporting project managers in communications related to installation activities, preparing presentations as necessary, and assisting with change management and claim management processes. You will provide regular updates to customers on project status, addressing any concerns or questions promptly to ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and effective issue resolution. As a team leader, you will coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that all necessary materials and labor are available for each project. Conducting pre-installation meetings to review project details and expectations with the installation team will be part of your responsibilities. You will monitor and evaluate the performance of installation teams, providing feedback and support as needed. Documentation and reporting are key aspects of this role, as you will maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, work orders, and progress reports. You will prepare and submit regular reports on project status, budget, and performance to management and project management as required, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Problem-solving will be a critical part of your job, as you will identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact the successful completion of installation projects. You will develop and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and escalate complex issues to management as necessary. Continuous improvement is also a focus, as you will analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality. Staying updated on industry trends and developments will ensure that Grenzebach remains competitive in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate installation projects, ensuring all resources are available and tasks are assigned appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress with installation Supervisors or Site Manager's to help identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the Project Managers in communications with all installation related activities.
  • Prepare presentations as necessary.
  • Support Project Manager and Installation Team on Change Management/Claim Management process for all claims related to the installation scope.

Requirements

  • Associate degree (Technical, Vocational or Military Training) or 5+ years field service experience on related electro-mechanical products.
  • Willingness to travel domestically/internationally up to 20% of working hours.
  • Computer Proficient: General office application skills, along with basic troubleshooting of PCs and printers.
  • Self-starter and independent- must be able to manage time effectively.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
