About the position
The Tech Delivery & Sales Representative at Asurion is a part-time role focused on providing in-home technical support and device setup for customers. This position involves driving to customer locations, delivering devices, and upselling Asurion products and services. The representative will work evenings and is expected to build relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive to and from customers' homes using a personal vehicle.
- Provide in-person device setup and technical support for smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
- Upsell Asurion products and services to customers.
- Achieve sales and service goals through feedback and coaching.
- Demonstrate integrity in serving, solving, and selling to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong willingness to learn tech and sales or prior sales and/or tech experience in any industry.
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) for transportation to/from customer visits.
- Use of a personal cellphone (no older than 3 models to the most recent model).
- Comfort working around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in customer homes.
- Comfort working during evening hours.
