About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for decomposing legacy systems and migrating applications to modern platforms.
• Create and maintain reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Axiom, Power BI, Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers, to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Identify opportunities for automation within the delivery process to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Utilize data analysis skills to assess project outcomes and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tech delivery or project management, preferably in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in application decomposition and strategic migration planning for legacy systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
