About the position

The Tech Lead Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) is responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This role requires extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CE, strong technical skills, and the ability to engage with clients effectively. The Tech Lead will facilitate detailed design from requirements, support construction and deployment, and ensure the architecture is highly available and scalable. The position also involves leading technical workshops, managing cloud platform resources, and advocating best practices for solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical workshops to collaborate with business and technology partners on requirements to design and develop architecture solutions.
  • Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with expertise in middleware tools, preferably MuleSoft.
  • Provide highly available and scalable Dynamics 365 architecture for both online and on-premise implementations.
  • Manage integration architecture and map integration patterns to functional usage using middleware tools and APIs.
  • Oversee data migration, data analysis, data mappings, and data harmonization using OOB and third-party tools, preferably Azure Data Factory.
  • Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute to building niche solutions and POCs.
  • Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with the product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations and implementations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with strong technical and client-facing skills.
  • Hands-on experience in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and SSRS.
  • Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and experience with MS CRM and third-party integration using middleware tools/APIs (REST, ODATA WebAPI's, SSIS packages).
  • Experience using Azure services for integration, including Azure Functions and Service Bus.
  • Technical expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.
  • Good understanding of security models and connectivity for CRM systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the latest features of the Dynamics 365 platform (Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, etc.).
  • Experience in financial services or banking is preferable.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service, and Customizations.
