The Generative AI team under Monetization Technology is focused on developing cutting-edge Generative AI technologies across various modalities, including text, image, video, and landing pages. This team is dedicated to creating industry-leading technical solutions that enhance creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies, and creators. By leveraging Generative AI technologies, the team aims to automate creative workflows and increase overall revenue for clients, creators, and the entire ecosystem. As a Tech Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and leading generative AI initiatives in the ads tech and creative industry. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning technologies and the ability to build highly scalable and reliable software and infrastructure. You will collaborate with global teams and be expected to make significant impacts through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to explore new products with generative AI at their core, and possess a passion for new technologies. In this position, you will develop automated creative generation across various modalities for advertising, including text, image, and video. You will also work on developing next-generation conversational assistants that enhance user intention and context understanding, as well as complex task completion capabilities. The role demands a proactive approach to improving chat experiences and model outputs, ensuring that generative AI is effectively utilized to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated creative generation across various modalities for advertising, including text, image, video, etc., explore and apply LLM/SD models for high-quality content creation.
• Develop next-generation conversational assistant on the top of LLMs to enhance user intention and context understanding and complex task completion capabilities.
• Be self-motivated to come up with new solutions that can improve chat experience, model outputs, and explore new products with generative AI at its core.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
• 7+ years of relevant development experience and demonstrated knowledge of machine learning technology (RecSys/NLP/CV).
• Experience in utilizing Generative AI technology in marketing texts, images, and videos, familiar with LLMs and model finetuning (instruct tuning, SFT, RLHF, etc.).
• Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving.
• Good team player, communication skills, and project management experience is preferred.
• Strong perseverance and courage to help the business to a higher level.
