In this position, you will be both a highly technical, hands-on architect and an effective people manager. You will be responsible for scaling the engineering team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary individuals at various experience levels, fostering a high-performing and diverse team. Building strong collaboration with product and data science partners will be essential, as you will define a clear team vision, mission, and strategy while exploring new opportunities to empower the business with scalable data solutions.
