Requirements

• Experience leading and delivering complex, impactful projects with cross-functional partners.
• Flexibility and experience in weighing trade-offs and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Understanding of metrics involved in software development to improve team execution.
• Ability to write code occasionally to empathize with developers' daily experiences and maintain the health of the codebase.
