We are seeking a Tech Lead Manager to spearhead the development of a large-scale distributed system for our global e-commerce logistics team. This role involves building and managing the logistics tech team in the US, overseeing the software development lifecycle from technical design to project delivery and online maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware technologies, architecture design, and implementation, with a focus on high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability systems. Additionally, the Tech Lead Manager will be responsible for fostering team structure and morale, ensuring continuous growth and development for team members. Key responsibilities include defining a long-term technical roadmap for the team, breaking down the roadmap into actionable projects, and contributing to technical decisions on various projects. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, along with significant experience in managing or tech-leading software engineering teams and developing large-scale systems. Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a solid understanding of e-commerce supply chain and logistics will be essential for success in this role.
