As a Tech Lead Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Ads Signal team, you will play a crucial role in addressing one of the most significant challenges in online advertising: measuring advertising effectiveness in a privacy-preserving world. This position involves developing innovative machine learning solutions, building scalable technology foundations, and launching various products aimed at maximizing signal values for ads while ensuring user privacy. The team is engaged in a variety of projects, including web/app signals modeling, identity matching, probabilistic attribution, modeled conversions, and the implementation of various privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs). In this role, you will be responsible for developing machine learning and PET solutions tailored to various advertising use cases. This includes tasks such as ads signal extraction and understanding, identity matching, attribution, reporting, ranking, calibration, and bidding. You will collaborate closely with product and business teams to define and execute the product vision, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with the overall goals of the organization.
