As a Tech Lead Software Engineer on the Lead Ads team at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in empowering TikTok's global monetization efforts through the efficient delivery of lead ads. This position is integral to pushing the boundaries of large-scale ads delivery systems and leading innovations in TikTok's personalized online advertising. You will have the opportunity to engage deeply with large-scale distributed systems and state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, contributing to the development of novel machine learning solutions for ranking and building scalable foundations that maximize the efficiency of lead ads delivery. Your responsibilities will include participating in the development of a large-scale Ads system, which encompasses user intent and CRM integration modules. You will also be involved in iterating on the Lead Ads system infrastructures to enhance performance. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to implement new product functionalities that align with TikTok's mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
