As a Tech Lead on the Ads Measurement Signal team at TikTok, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative advertiser-facing product solutions that enhance the signal lifecycle for various advertising verticals, including e-commerce, gaming, and lead generation. Your role will involve leading a team of full stack engineers to create and maintain products such as Pixel, Event API, and Event Manager, which are essential for effective signal collection and intelligence. You will also be responsible for integrating these solutions with third-party partners like Shopify and MMP-AppsFlyer, ensuring that our products are robust and capable of handling large volumes of data processing. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Science, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Operations, to continuously innovate and improve our ad measurement capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying and implementing cutting-edge measurement technologies, as well as designing and building a future-proof signal infrastructure that adheres to industry privacy standards such as iOS SKAdNetwork and Android Privacy Sandbox.
