About the position

The position involves representing business needs for the development and deployment of web and technology solutions. The role focuses on planning and managing projects for web environments and technology solutions, ensuring effective and efficient solutions through the planning, design, management, and implementation of technical solutions while leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct solutions meetings and manage project tracking and analysis, ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks as needed and recommend actions to direct analysis and solutions of problems.
• Understand system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and requirement documents, and lead change management.
• Direct and participate in requirements gathering, definition, and design of assigned projects.
• Conduct requirements gathering meetings with clients/vendors and develop appropriate solutions through meetings.
• Participate in the presentation of requirement documents and review all requirements with development and testing team members.
• Conduct project debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and engage management and teams in developing efficient process methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1-year Project Management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Event experience preferred.
• Understanding of Group Travel processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Word and Excel) and web development experience (HTML preferred).
• Experience working with clients including communications, meetings (planning/updates), and presentations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with aggressive timelines.
