About the position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background and over 5 years of experience to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while collaborating with stakeholders and driving alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources and coordinate with team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise, and consistent updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between technology, operations, and business teams.
  • Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business).
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication skills —both oral and written— are essential for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP certification a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX.
