Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join one of our large automotive customers. In this role, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for defining the software change management processes, writing detailed requirements for developers, and collaborating with leadership to ensure that projects are planned effectively. The individual will play a crucial role in evolving tools and processes to deploy quality software on time, ensuring that all deliverables meet the necessary standards and timelines. The Technical Project Manager will also be expected to demonstrate work products at program-level ceremonies, such as PI Planning, Sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. This position requires liaising with all areas of software development, overseeing release activities, and coordinating with deployment owners. The successful candidate will navigate from the roadmap to actionable plans, influencing sequencing, resolving dependencies, and identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. This position is critical in ensuring that the software development process is efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the success of the automotive projects undertaken by the company.
