About The Position

The Tech Refresh/Data Analyst Intern will support the Infrastructure Services Enterprise Operations (ISEO) Program team at Leidos, focusing on a critical tech refresh effort for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This role involves various IT and data analysis activities aimed at enhancing the automation and operational capabilities of DIA's tech refresh initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of documentation related to tech refresh processes.
• Research, create, and test data analysis dashboards.
• Perform tech refresh installation of systems.
• Support escalation to and collaborate closely with installation technicians and data analysts as required.
• Assist in identifying, creating, and refining the team's processes and procedures.
