About the position

The Tech Refresh/Data Analyst Intern will support the Infrastructure Services Enterprise Operations (ISEO) Program team in a critical tech refresh effort for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This role involves various IT and data analysis activities aimed at enhancing the automation and innovation of tech refresh capabilities. The intern will gain exposure to tech refresh policies, data analysis, emerging technologies, and security methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of documentation.
• Research, create, and test data analysis dashboards.
• Perform tech refresh installation of systems.
• Support escalation to and work closely with install techs and data analysts as required.
• Assist with the identification, creation, and refinement of the team's processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
