About The Position
The Technical Representative serves as the primary interface between helicopter owners/customers and the company, assisting with technical issues both in the field and at the factory. This role involves teaching mechanics and owners about the technical aspects of helicopters, writing and updating technical manuals, and providing support for repair station activities.
