Responsibilities

• Sell products and services of a large job search engine to customers across the US.
• Build long-term relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Present products via telephone, webinars, and live demonstrations at customer premises.
• Collaborate closely with the consulting team to support customers throughout their collaboration.
• Help build up a sales structure, requiring initiative and creative ideas.
• Provide suggestions and improvements to be implemented quickly.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in consulting-oriented sales with a focus on up- & cross-selling.
• Interest in acquiring new knowledge in the field of recruiting and sharing it with customers.
• Customer-oriented approach with transparent communication.
• Reliability and structured work habits.
• Experience using online CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
