About the position

The Technical Account Management Lead at FedEx Dataworks is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer onboarding experience and managing the customer lifecycle. This role is pivotal in onboarding new and existing clients, turning their feedback into technical requirements, and helping them achieve success through training and consultation. The position requires deep SaaS experience and involves acting as a trusted partner to drive customer retention and expansion while delivering actionable insights to the product and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Align with key executives in each set of accounts to drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Drive onboarding, renewal, and expansion of key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, exceeding expectations while proposing innovative solutions.
  • Become a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and goals.
  • Anticipate needs and act strategically to ensure client success.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, building strong internal partnerships.
  • Provide operational oversight to assure service delivery quality and compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Serve as the operational escalation point with assigned accounts to address technical and operational issues.
  • Advocate for the client internally when technical requirements are not being met.
  • Evaluate and work closely with all client's existing technology and application platforms to identify opportunities for continued enablement of client success.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of Technical Account Management experience in SaaS companies.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable preparing and presenting board-level presentations.
  • Strong product management skills with the ability to turn customer feedback into technical requirements.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
