About The Position
The Technical Account Management Lead at FedEx Dataworks is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer onboarding experience and managing the customer lifecycle. This role is pivotal in onboarding new and existing clients, turning their feedback into technical requirements, and helping them achieve success through training and consultation.
