About the position
The Technical Account Manager - CloudHealth is responsible for collaborating with sales representatives, business partners, and end users to create system configurations tailored to customer requirements, aiming to retain and grow cloud spending within accounts. This role involves providing product recommendations, resolving design configuration issues, and delivering training on configuration tools and CloudHealth products.
Responsibilities
- Create systems configurations based on customer requirements and offer product recommendations.
- Resolve design configuration issues and run revisions in collaboration with sales reps and business partners.
- Train sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and provide pre-sales product training.
- Stay updated with new CloudHealth product updates and maintain product certifications.
- Prepare technical presentations and CloudHealth trainings for partners on products and solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase how products meet client needs.
- Educate end users, partners, inside sales, and technicians on CloudHealth platform usage and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with cloud providers is preferred.
- Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
