About the position

Join Kerry as we expand our presence in the dairy industry through innovative technology and ingredients. This remote position focuses on partnering with dairy clients to help them meet their brand goals and interests, providing technical support and insights to enhance their operations.

Responsibilities

• Work within account team to provide overall technical support, insight, and perspective to existing and potential customers.
• Design and execute plant trials, identify and resolve issues, and conduct audits of plant operation.
• Use tools such as LactoSens® and analytical analysis to interpret data, present findings, and provide suggestions based on those results.
• Conduct training programs for customers and industry trade groups, assisting in technical communication and presentations.
• Participate in industry and internal technical meetings.
• Support other Dairy Regions and interpret R&D findings for customers and account managers.
• Provide technical support to customers and staff in person and virtually.
• Complete all reports and plans on time as assigned by management.
• Maintain accurate account records and files including salesforce.com.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the dairy space focusing on operations, technical sales, quality assurance, or R&D.
• Experience focusing on core dairy needs such as processing (fluid, frozen, cultured), extended shelf-life, and ultra-filtration.
• Experience with R&D Technical & Applications.
• Optimization and Operations experience - improving process efficiency, output and simplification with dairy production.
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
• Experience with quality, plant, and R&D processes.
• Proven ability to manage relationships to help drive the commercial experience to deliver pipeline and project execution aligned to channel growth objectives.
• Ability to communicate across many levels of customer operations.
