About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at The Trade Desk plays a crucial role in overseeing integrations with clients and partners, ensuring seamless technical operations. This position serves as a liaison between partners and engineering teams, providing necessary documentation and guidance for both new and ongoing integrations. The TAM is expected to leverage various technologies to manage complex integration projects while identifying opportunities to enhance partner relationships and drive platform revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrations with clients, inventory/publisher partners, and data partners.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of assigned partner integrations by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and engineering teams.
  • Manage complex and custom integration projects using multiple technologies and tools.
  • Identify new opportunities for product enhancements to better serve partners' businesses.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a technical client-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Office, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages, and APIs is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital advertising technology is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with formal project management methods.
