About the position

The Technical Account Manager/Project Manager at ECS Technology Solutions serves as a virtual Chief Technology Officer (vCTO) for clients, leveraging technology to drive business growth. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and client relationship management to enhance IT infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a virtual CTO for clients, providing high-level strategic guidance and technological direction.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess clients' technological health, discuss business goals, and plan for future growth using appropriate technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and how technology can drive their success.
• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related matters, ensuring clear and thorough communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve efficiency, security, and functionality through the adoption of new technologies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally as a Technical Account Manager, Project Manager, or vCTO.
• Strong foundation in technology with the ability to strategically apply it towards business growth.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience leading and delivering IT projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
