About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at LexisNexis Risk Solutions plays a crucial role in enhancing technical customer relationships within a global support team. This position involves providing guidance and validation of software solutions to help large companies improve their online business operations, particularly in risk mitigation areas such as fraud detection and identity verification. The TAM will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure the smooth functioning of the ThreatMetrix service.

Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance and validation of software solutions for large companies.
  • Testing and troubleshooting customer integrations, including API integrations and mobile SDKs.
  • Designing escalation and enforcement workflows for customer policies and rules.
  • Following prescribed software workflows to address customer questions and maintain service functionality.
  • Proactively notifying customers of service events and documenting processes for future reference.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years previous Customer Support (pre/post sales) experience.
  • Great customer-facing skills via email and phone.
  • Basic understanding of cross-platform programming languages (Swift, Reactive Native, Flutter, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Kits (SDK) and mobile compilation.
  • Understanding of SQL and ability to generate simple queries.
  • Detailed working knowledge of HTML and at least two of the following technologies: PHP, Perl, JAVA, JSP/JSF, Ruby, Javascript, or ASP.Net.
  • Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, particularly with web workflows.
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of complex issues and changing priorities effectively.
  • Articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience with online fraud is highly desirable.

  • Experience in enterprise software environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and passive services monitoring.
