About the position

The Technical Account Manager at Knight Office Solutions is responsible for building strong relationships with Managed Services clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their technology needs are met. This role involves understanding client business models, driving client success through exceptional service, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The position requires proactive communication and oversight of ongoing services and projects, making it essential for the candidate to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of client business operations to develop technology roadmaps.
  • Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to provide updates on contract changes and service delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through strategic calls and meetings to address service needs.
  • Initiate client equipment and service orders, ensuring delivery milestones are met.
  • Participate in project meetings with the technical team to review schedules and communicate updates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes in IT and Managed Services.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment promoting teamwork.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with task and deliverable based project management tools.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
