About the position

The Manager Technical Accounts serves as the primary contact for internal and external clients of Insight's Managed Services Integration Labs. This role involves supervising Services Technicians and Material Handlers, directing customer rollouts, and ensuring the timely completion of projects while adhering to ISO standards. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Direct staff in the integration of network hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Coordinate bench space allocation and configuration specifications to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
  • Assist staff with rollouts as required.
  • Ensure project goals are accomplished, focusing on client satisfaction and expected daily configurations.
  • Provide IMS management with reports on daily and/or weekly revenue and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in the computer industry.
  • 3 years of networking experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of configuring routers, switches, file servers, desktops, and laptops.
