About the position

As a Manager Technical Accounts at Insight Enterprises, you will oversee the supervision of Services Technicians and Material Handlers, directing customer rollouts that include the configuration of various network hardware and systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely completion of rollout schedules while adhering to quality standards and ISO commitments. You will also be responsible for client satisfaction and productivity reporting, making this position integral to the success of Insight's technical services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Services Technicians and Material Handlers during customer rollouts.
  • Direct the integration of network hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Coordinate bench space allocation and configuration specifications for timely deliverables.
  • Assist staff with rollouts as required and ensure project goals are accomplished.
  • Focus on client satisfaction, daily configurations, time management, parts usage, and communication with clients and management.
  • Provide management with reports on daily and weekly revenue and productivity.
  • Identify and resolve system hardware and software application problems using systematic troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in the computer industry.
  • 3 years of networking experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of configuring routers, switches, file servers, desktops, and laptops.
