About the position

The Technical Account Manager at End2End Public Safety is responsible for providing technical support, training, and project management to customers during the implementation of public safety information management software. This role involves understanding customer needs, advocating for them within the company, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services offered.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with product training and advice, including responding to technical customer support issues.
  • Providing overall technical support, training, and project management to customers during implementation.
  • Learning assigned customers' setup, typical workflows, goals, and how they can use our products and services to better serve their tasks and goals.
  • Gaining understanding of customer technical infrastructures, hardware, and offerings and serving as a customer advocate within End2End.
  • Helping customers attain value from the products or services they've purchased, ideally assisting them in gaining more value than they anticipated.
  • Assisting sales and marketing with information about product specifications.
  • Monitoring technical support questions and creating processes, documentation, and/or completing training for handling those support requests at scale.
  • Collaborating with the entire End2End organization to address customer support tickets.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through quick and efficient handling of all support tasks.
  • Managing and growing customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business development skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
