The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing total sales with Cloud Services Providers (CSPs), Cloud Data Centers, and large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) while meeting annual budget targets. The position requires a proactive approach to managing customer relationships, ensuring efficient communication, and coordinating sales activities across various groups and sites. In this role, the Technical Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns that may arise. The individual will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including design wins and market share gains, while developing and implementing effective sales plans and growth strategies tailored to the territory and customer needs. Providing technical support throughout the sales cycle and assisting with marketing efforts for product development and implementation will also be key responsibilities. The Technical Account Manager will need to solve problems and implement improvement activities to achieve and maintain an excellent customer scorecard rating. This includes driving sales growth by maximizing resources and executing market segment strategies.
