About The Position
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Impact Networking serves as a dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination between client organizations and the MIT Service Delivery team. The role involves providing technical guidance, support, and solutions tailored to meet clients' business objectives, while also managing the onboarding and lifecycle of multiple clients.
