About the position

The Technical Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting clients in the OC/LA area by providing IT expertise and managing a team of engineers. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and client management skills, ensuring that the consulting firm meets the needs of its clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in the OC/LA area by providing IT expertise.
  • Oversee a team of Cisco Engineers, VMware Engineers, and System Engineers.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Coordinate travel to client sites as needed, up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in IT consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco and VMware technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of engineers.
