About the position

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the client organization and the technical team. This role involves managing client relationships, conducting onsite assessments, and overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets to align technology with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the client and the technical team to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Conduct onsite assessments to align the client's technology stack with industry best practices based on audits performed by the Alignment Engineer.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance.
• Gain a deep understanding of the client's organizational structure, key assets, and data flows to tailor services to their specific needs.
• Represent the client in dealings with third-party vendors to secure the best terms and ensure services are delivered as promised.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and visualizations of the client's network architecture, telecommunications setup, and overall technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical account management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of IT asset management, network architecture, and data flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct onsite assessments and align technology stacks with industry best practices.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and negotiating terms.
