About the position

As a Technical Account Manager at Spearbit, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their technical and security needs are met with precision and care. Your role will involve developing a deep understanding of each client's unique requirements, which will enable you to build strong, long-term relationships that foster client satisfaction and retention. You will be expected to stay current with Spearbit's security services and technology offerings, providing clients with informed technical guidance and recommendations tailored to their specific needs. Collaboration with our technical teams will be essential to effectively implement and deliver solutions that align with client expectations. In addition to managing client relationships, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for account growth. This involves recognizing where Spearbit's services can be integrated into existing client frameworks to expand the scope of services offered. Your proactive approach will ensure that clients' evolving needs are consistently met, thereby enhancing their overall experience with our company. You will also be responsible for addressing and resolving any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. This requires coordination with internal teams to ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and satisfactorily. Regular communication with clients will be vital, as you will provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain a strong rapport with them. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of client interactions and service agreements, generating reports and documentation as necessary to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Work to expand the scope of services offered to clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain a strong client relationship.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service agreements.
  • Generate reports and documentation as needed to support client engagements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or client-facing role within the technology or security services industry.
  • Have gone through Secureum or equivalent level of training in security.
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of blockchain security and/or cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention-to-detail and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
  • Hands on smart contract security or web2 cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
