About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at CoreView plays a pivotal role in transforming how IT teams manage their Microsoft 365 environment. This position focuses on building strong technical relationships with assigned accounts, collaborating with customer stakeholders to create tailored proposals and designs that meet their specific business and technical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall technical relationship with pre-assigned accounts
  • Develop proposals and high-level designs with input from customer stakeholders
  • Identify customer business and technical requirements for implementing solutions
  • Participate in all internal sales meetings as the technical representative
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for all professional services activity
  • Validate strategy for responding to RFPs
  • Implement platform features during pre-sales PoC sessions and customer onboarding
  • Report regularly to management on time spent, revenue, billable activities, and services
  • Track opportunities and services associated with team efforts
  • Manage technical conversations with customers to develop potential sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with on-premises environments implemented through different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity
  • Strong functional understanding of Automation & Orchestration technologies
  • Wide technology background with emphasis on data center technologies and familiarity with cloud hyper-scalers
  • Ability to dissect complex business and technical challenges and develop solutions proposals
  • Relevant degree or work experience
  • Strong communication skills, including room presence and peer leadership.
