About the position

Hi-Tech Health is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Account Manager to join our team in Plano, TX. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of services, and supporting the ongoing growth and success of their programs. You will become an expert on our flagship Series 3000 claims management system, providing clients with tailored guidance and support throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts by fostering positive, long-term relationships.
• Lead the execution of strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly address customer needs and issues.
• Monitor account performance and provide detailed reports on metrics and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
• Resolve technical issues swiftly, providing expert-level guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, offering technical insights and support related to our solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required); Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Technical Account Manager role or a similar client-facing position in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of technical and software development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM software and related tools.
• Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
