About the position

The Technical Account Manager at Let's Do This will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new clients to the company's platform, focusing on delivering ongoing success for event organizers. This position is pivotal for the company's growth in the US market, working closely with top events and acting as the voice of the customer to influence product development. The role requires a personable problem solver who can manage relationships and support clients effectively, while also being willing to travel for in-person engagements and quarterly business reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high satisfaction among event organizers (EOs) by cultivating personal relationships and embodying the brand.
  • Proactively address challenges by leveraging existing solutions, bridging the gap between the product team and EOs.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of our product, particularly its technical aspects.
  • Advocate for the needs and preferences of our customers, influencing the product roadmap accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional offerings such as partnerships and features to EOs.
  • Support efforts to enhance efficiency by developing streamlined systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Technically savvy with the ability to articulate product functionality effectively.
  • Experienced in cross-team collaboration, project management, and relationship-building.
  • Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Executive presence, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, willing to travel, and passionate about continual learning.
