About the position
The position focuses on ensuring customer success by identifying and addressing the needs of both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will engage in effective communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction with the product.
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make calls to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Give product recommendations to customers based on their documentation and specifications
- Process new RFQ's and set up orders
Requirements
- Previous account management experience desired
- Previous control panel experience desired
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
