About the position

As a Resident Technical Account Manager at Reputation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and maximization of the Reputation platform for one of our top clients. This position requires you to work closely with the client's digital and IT teams, guiding them through complex technical integrations and leading critical projects. You will serve as the main point of contact for all technical issues, driving projects to successful conclusions while representing the client's needs to our product management, engineering, and sales teams. Your ability to visualize and communicate complex technical architectures will be essential in this role, as you will be dealing with both technical users managing intricate issues and non-technical business owners executing on strategy. In this position, you will scope, manage, and implement integration projects directly with the client, sharing best practices and resources to help them fully realize their investment in the Reputation platform. You will proactively manage issues reported through the Technical Solutions support channel and stay actively engaged with the client's internal teams to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Additionally, you will partner with Customer Success Managers to provide Quarterly Business Reviews, representing the clients' needs internally with our product management and engineering teams. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the client to scope, manage and implement integration projects.
  • Share best-practices and other tools and resources to help the client fully realize the investment in Reputation platform.
  • Help further the value proposition of the Reputation platform by discovering and implementing new integrations.
  • Proactively manage issues reported through the Technical Solutions support channel.
  • Stay actively engaged with the client's internal teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide Quarterly Business Reviews with data and analysis.
  • Represent the clients' needs internally with our product management and engineering teams.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Experience with enterprise software, particularly NoSQL and AWS.
  • Strong project management skills, with an understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven experience in product management and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site with the client in Detroit, MI.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud services such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to write scripts, NoSQL queries, and API calls.
  • Experience working with a variety of enterprise software infrastructure products (CRM, ERP, ORM, Survey platforms) in production environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong trust relationships with enterprise-level customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a professional services consultant role or as a customer success engineer.
  • Familiarity with technical account management or solutions architecture.
  • Experience in sales engineering.
