About The Position
As a Tier 3 Technical Account Manager at Contrast Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our scale portfolio of customers through a data-driven approach. This role involves leading customers' value realization journeys and coordinating a cross-functional team that includes Sales, Services, Support, Engineering, and Product Management.
