About the position

As a Tier 3 Technical Account Manager at Contrast Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our scale portfolio of customers through a data-driven approach. This role involves leading customers' value realization journeys and coordinating a cross-functional team that includes Sales, Services, Support, Engineering, and Product Management. You will become a trusted advisor by developing expertise in Contrast's products and application security best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the Scale practices and strategy for each customer based on customer needs and product satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs from sales to onboarding and from onboarding to business outcomes, adhering to processes and maintaining data integrity.
  • Engage 1:1 with targeted customers at key points in their journey to ensure product adoption and growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with executives and key stakeholders for successful long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly review adoption and usage trends, addressing blockers with customer and Contrast teams.
  • Develop and maintain Contrast advocates for references and case studies, providing product feedback to the Contrast Product team.
  • Juggle multiple accounts and activities simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering application security to scale customers.
  • Partner with renewal and sales specialists to identify and close renewal and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-driven role such as CSM, account manager, data engineer, or similar at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the security space.
  • 3+ years of experience working on SMB/Scale accounts.
