About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in managing the post-sales process for Enterprise-level customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively articulate the company's technology and product offerings to both business and technical users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
  • Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Provide functional and technical support to customers
  • Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues
  • Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
  • Attend conferences, seminars, etc.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge in security and compliance space including Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Policy Compliance, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Network Scanners, PCI, Policy Compliance and Audit Tools
  • Knowledge of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
  • Strong presentation skills and professional communication in emails, RFPs, and reports
  • Ability to interact at all levels within customer organizations, from C-level to front-line technical staff
  • Organized and analytical with creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
